In this workshop, grounding techniques will purify your mental burdens by benefiting from the healing power of nature, and you will renew yourself by keeping up with the rhythm of nature. Because balancing the body's energy fields provides relaxation. You will reach deeper peace by discovering your own energy flow with the endless energy of the desert and mountains.
Desert Wind Free Dance

Dance is one of the most natural and effective methods of expressing emotions through the language of the body. Desert Wind Free Dance Therapy allows participants to express themselves freely with the rhythm of music and nature. Inspired by the desert breeze, this therapy is a journey that begins with slow and fluid movements and then turns into a dynamic dance by releasing the body's energy. With inspiration from the desert, sand dunes and their inner selves, participants release their emotional burdens and overcome their mental blockages. This therapy is a powerful way to liberate the soul and relieve stress through dance.

Traditional Sound
The Traditional Sound Room is a therapy area where natural and cultural sounds are used. This room offers a special environment that aims to balance the mind and body with sound vibrations and frequencies:
- Natural Sounds: Calming sounds of nature such as running water, wind, and bird sounds are used.
- Cultural Sounds: Traditional instruments (Ney, gong, drum) and ethnic melodies are played for meditation and relaxation.
- Vibratory Therapy: Certain sounds create vibrations in the body, balancing energy and reducing stress.

Aromatherapy & Calming
Aromatherapy is a powerful tool for reducing stress and calming the mind. In this workshop, both physical and mental relaxation will be provided by using the healing scents of nature and essential oils. We will learn about the benefits of natural oils specific to Saudi Arabia and make mixtures for personal use.


Hammock Yoga
Hammock Yoga is a unique experience that provides both physical and mental relaxation by surrendering the weight of the body to gravity. Participants increase their flexibility with special yoga movements performed on suspended hammocks and develop a deep awareness practice. This therapy opens the muscles, supports spinal health and allows stress to escape from the body.

Waste Evaluation Art Therapy
Art is one of the most powerful ways to express the inner world and relax. Participants will discover their emotional freedom by evaluating plastic and other waste, as well as creative works such as free drawing and painting. Art therapy is a great way to overcome mental blockages and cope with stress.
